Earth Day Clean Up with OLE STEM Day

Join us for an in-person STEM Day!
Looking for a way to give back? Come join us in Humboldt Park to clean and beautify our park, see recycled art, and enjoy refreshments and live music with your neighbors in celebration of Earth Day! Please come and help us spread mulch, plant trees, and pick up trash and debris. Volunteers will be given a Earth Day T-Shirt, gloves and garbage bags for clean-up!
Afterwards you are welcome to join us for a late lunch to thank you for all your hard work and to give you an opportunity to catch up with your fellow STEM Academy participants!

Who Should Attend?
Young women in the following locations that are currently in high school are welcome to register.
- Illinois: In the ComEd service area of northern Illinois

If you can no longer attend, please let Rebecca Lamb (rlamb@need.org) and/or Evelina Juarez (ejuarez@need.org) know 24 hours before the event. Repeat no-shows will not be able to register for future events or offered staff opportunities. No-shows at events take resources away from other STEM Academy offerings.
