Calling all high school students in the Chicago\, Philadelphia\, DC\, and Baltimore area! \nDive into the world of technology as we celebrate Women’s History Month. Join us for an inspiring virtual panel as we shine a spotlight on the incredible achievements and contributions of women in the world of technology. Our distinguished panel of accomplished women will share their unique journeys\, insights\, and strategies for success in the ever-evolving tech landscape. \nThere will be a Q&A following the panel\, bring your questions for these wonderful women as we explore the world of technology! \nMeet our Panelists: \n\nKelly Lyman\, VP IT PECO\nAretha Calloway\, Director IT\, Exelon\nPoorna Shanker\, Manager IT\, Exelon\n\n  \nWho Should Attend?\nYoung people in the following locations that are currently in high school are welcome to register. \n\nWashington DC\nMaryland\nDelaware\nPennsylvania: In the PECO service area of Philadelphia and its PA suburbs\nNew Jersey: In the Atlantic City Electric service area of southern New Jersey\nIllinois: In the ComEd service area of northern Illinois\n\nParticipants must be students in 9th\, 10th\, 11th\, or 12th grade or a STEM Academy alumnae. \nParticipants must have computer and internet access and be interested in fully participating in the Zoom session by sharing video. \n****\nBy registering for this event you commit to attend live\, at the time of the event. If you can no longer attend\, please let Evelina Juarez (ejuarez@need.org) know 24 hours before the event. Repeat no-shows will not be able to register for future events or offered staff opportunities. No-shows at events take resources away from other STEM Academy offerings.
